Detailed Job Description :
- Assure that Enterprise/Wholesale clients’ setup tasks are completed and their deployments are clean within the SLAs.
- Manage requests for migrations, turnups, and change management.
- Testing and troubleshooting routines for installs and activations after provisioning.
- Verify wiring connections and work with field operations to arrange deployments.
- Participates on a regular basis as a fully contributing team member in significant projects or activities.
- Make sure that all installation tasks are completed on schedule in order to fulfill agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage the escalation process when it’s required and the project is in danger.
