We are looking for Trainees in the Talent Acquisition team with a flair to interact with people and understand the recruitment function. This will be a 1 year fixed term contract and you will be deputed as a Trainee in the TA team.
The role responsibilities will include (non exhaustive):
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants’ knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
