Detailed Job Description :
The Selling Partner help (SPS) Associate serves as Amazon’s principal interaction with third-party sellers, delivering phone and/or email help in accordance with internal service level agreements. The SPS associate will be in charge of delivering fast and accurate operational assistance to third-party sellers on the Amazon Marketplace. The successful applicant has an immediate and clear impact on Amazon customers’ experiences, thus a solid track record of customer focus is essential for the post. A SPS associate is required to handle long-term system issues, enhance processes, provide internal documentation, and contribute to teamwork.
Roles and Responsibilities :
This encompasses, but is not limited to the following:
The Seller assistance Associate takes complete responsibility of every seller engagement, along with proactive issue solutions, and delivers great assistance to sellers.
Displays competent, clear, and professional writing and voice communication.
Provides timely and effective assistance to Amazon Sellers and Merchants, including the proper escalation of Seller concerns.
Maintains a cheerful and professional approach, consistently presenting the organization in a favorable light and efficiently dealing with delicate topics.
Exhibits outstanding time management skills and the ability to work autonomously while utilizing departmental resources, rules, and procedures.
Contributes to a positive team atmosphere by proactively assisting team members with challenging contacts as needed.
Maintains appropriate performance metrics, including quality, productivity, first-contact resolution, and attendance.
Qualification and Other Details
Education : Bachelor’s degree in any area, 0-5 years of experience.
Excellent written and vocal communication skills in English.
Shifts: The position requires working in a 24/7 workplace, including night shifts, and shifts are determined depending on company needs.
Weekly Off: Rotational two consecutive days off (a five-day work week with two consecutive days off).
Candidates willing to work on phone, chat, and email (concurrent blended profile).
During the first four months (Training & Transition), no unplanned leave is permitted.
The ability to utilize a desktop or laptop computer, as well as knowledge with Internet browsers, Windows operating systems, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
Should be willing to serve selling partners from all markets throughout the globe (including India, USA, EU, and ME).
