Trainee Engineer - Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- Per Month
The organization provides a comprehensive pay package that includes Basic Pay, Dearness Allowance, HRA, Cafeteria Allowance, Performance Related Pay (PRP), Medical Facility, and Social Security Benefits such as PF, Pension, and Gratuity, as per current corporate policies.
Selected candidates will be paid 50,000 - 3% - 1,60,000 (IDA) (E2) for a one-year training session. After successful training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineer/Officer in the same scale with a one-year probation period. The total yearly salary for the new employee would be around Rs. 15 lakh.
Service Agreement or Bonds:
Selected applicants must sign a service agreement and provide a surety bond to complete at least four years of service, including training. The bond payment for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS applicants is'4,00,000/- plus applicable GST', while SC/ST/PWBD candidates pay'2,00,000/- plus applicable GST.

The selection process includes normalized marks (out of 100) from the equivalent GATE 2023 paper, a group discussion, and a personal interview.
To be eligible, applicants must have passed the GATE 2023 exam with a valid score.
Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview based on their normalized GATE-2023 exam marks and Management's criteria (up to 5 times per vacancy).
Candidates who are shortlisted for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview must submit a permission form and attend as scheduled. Failure to submit a consent form or attend GD/PI may result in removal of candidacy. Also, the
shortlisted candidates will be required to bring the documents as mentioned in their GD/PI call letter.
